MARVEL 8 - Band Saw.
The work horse of saws. As you can see by the wear on this
1974 model that it is our most widely used saw. It was built
to last. They still manufacture the Marvel 8 today and is
an industry favorite. Ours, no doubt will last many more years
of work ahead of it.
This band
saw is not for precision cutting but does stay reasonably
close to the mark. We auto feed brass, bronze, copper and
other metals through it of all shapes: square, rectangle or
round. It handles metals with outer dimension as wide as 22"
and as narrow as 1/2" using a 2-3
blade pitch with .007 / .008 kerf. (Teeth and width of the
blade)
